MANGO AND ORANGE MOUSSE
- 1 orange
- 2 mangoes
- 10g of gelatin
- 200grs of whipping cream
- 100grs of sugar
- Mint leaves to decorate
1. We make strips with the orange peel,
We boil them in boiling water and then cool them with cold water; We drain and dry them. Squeeze the orange juice, peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces, grind them into a puree along with the orange juice.
2. Dissolve the previously soaked gelatin in a spoonful of cailiente water and incorporate mango puree, cream and sugar.
3. Mix everything and pour into glasses.
4. Let it set in the fridge and garnish with orange strips and mint leaves.
